This program is designed to equip our graduates with both applied and theoretical hospitality management skills necessary to compete successfully in a highly competitive global environment. Students will learn from experts in the fields on how to understand the complex needs of hotel visitors, with an emphasis on resolving problems and elevating the overall hotel experience. This program includes an eight months work experience where you can work for a local company.

Final exams, homework, in class participation.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE

At the end of this program students will be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills in hospitality management operations such as managing service in food and beverage operations, finance,
managing housekeeping operations, managing front desk operations.

Completion of all program credits and overall GPA of 60% (C-)
